Stop listening to sad songs. I know that. But I can't stop listening to some old emotional songs. Songs that I could even sing out loud just to get whatever-this-thing I'm feeling off of my chest. I don't intentionally listen to particular "sad" songs when I'm bummed out for whatever reason.
