You may think you speak “Standard English straight out of the dictionary” but when you step away from the Great Lakes you get asked annoying questions like “Are you from Wisconsin?” or “Are you from Chicago?” Chances are you call carbonated drinks “pop.”
What would you do without #5? She was my college batch in Nursing, a Fil-Am whom I thought was the most beautiful girl in Nursing Department. Last week, she texted me to say that she’s now a mother of two and she asked, if I was still a virgin. And that made me laugh. How could she remember? Without me in her circle, no one would dare notice me that I was also part in a group of beautiful people.
