Now that Hong Kong local supermarkets like the big chain Park N Shop have already introduced a mandatory charge of 50 cents per use of plastic bag, customers will be ask if they could get by with fewer bags, or with none at all. Fewer plastic bags means savings for the supermarket, and good news for the environment.
