Eleven people desperately need your attention

April 26, 08

My friends in la AlbuferaThe beautiful young mother Ris passed me this eleven people that whom I’d thought are the people I have missed and remembered.

Rule #1. Think of 11 people right off the top of yout head.

Rule #2. Don’t read the questions underneath until you write the names of all the 11 people.

Rule #3. This is a lot funnier if you actually randomly list the names first.

Rule #4. No cheating.

The Eleven:

1. Jayne
2. Leo
3. Apple
4. Carlos
5. Linda
6. Isay
7. Masel
8. John
9. Pat
10. Treena
11. Soy

The Questions:

How did you meet # 4? He is the new staff in my department, he’s a chinese who wants to learn how to speak English fluently so bad that he even asked me to watch the whole episodes of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. in DVD. The first tagalog word he learnt from me was, “magandang umaga”. So typical of me.

What would you do without #5? She was my college batch in Nursing, a Fil-Am whom I thought was the most beautiful girl in Nursing Department. Last week, she texted me to say that she’s now a mother of two and she asked, if I was still a virgin. And that made me laugh. How could she remember? Without me in her circle, no one would dare notice me that I was also part in a group of beautiful people.

What would you do if #2 and # 6 were going out? They don’t know each other. Infact #6 would not dare go out with a Pinoy guy (correct me if I’m wrong, Masel). She is happily married to an Aussie with beautiful kids (not to get confused with; her dog and cats 1 & 2).

Who’s #10’s best friend? #1, #6, #7 (right, Masel?) and #11. She considered everyone in the group as her bestfriend, that’s what I love about this girl.

Have you ever eaten around #1? We called each other “BESPREN”. We went out a LOT, did crazy stuff, funny stuff and MASSAGE treatments. She now lives in USA. “Thanks for the big pie-candles and chocolates”.

Do you miss #2? I miss this guy. I was cleaning my drawer and found his business card, he works for Intel and was based in HK for several years. We became friends and asked my Mom if we accommodate him in the flat for the time being, so he became an instant room-mate. I think I was the person who introduced him to few of my friends listed above and one of them made very very close to him, until now.

Who is #11 dating? She is married to a fine man, with 2 adorable kids, my childhood classmate and a dear friend. She works and live here in Hong Kong and adores my voice on the telephone and she’d laugh in silence because she can’t laugh-out-loud while in the office, like, “Oh I gotta go for a meeting but can’t, let’s meet later with hubby and laugh for more”. I was and still is a fan of her since elementary grades because she is super-talented.

What do you think of #3? My kumare. She was crowned 2nd runner up in Ms Nursing Pageant in Bicol because I told her, she is the look-a-like of Ms Lorna T. Laban? And she’s the one polluting my inbox with God’s prayer and well-wishes. I Miss you APP-LE.

What do you think of #9? My High School classmate. He was the most handsome student in our batch who always want to keep his hair groomed with super gel and now lives in Canada. He is a tennis addict. I think he now works with the Airlines, Boeing Canada Technology.

Who does #2 like? I can’t remember.

Would you marry #8? LOL. I forgot, why did I pick John? Ulitin ko kaya ang list? He was a young former colleague that reminds me of my younger brother, who speaks fluent Cantonese, who is now married with a kid - who loves branded clothes.

Masel, hahahaha #9 is happily married. I believe he’s Soy’s first cousin. In school he was the Aga Mulach version during Bagets years. His family are well-known in our province and he was the first person who invited me and soy to join FRIENDSTER group. As usual, Ms M cracks at my jokes even if they are corny, alam mo naman ang kakabawan natin. Trendsetter na sya ngayon, kung ikaw sa sapatos, sya naman sa bags. Di ko kayo maintindihan. I do miss Treena’s weekend gimiks on movie blockbuster. Of course Ms Isay, who could never forget the weekend gatherings.

The Thailand-base couples are moving again? Aba, ma-MSN nga sila.

K, I am glad you did not tag me…because I might not able to comply with it. thanks! hehehe.

Anyway, my recent blog talks about whom and who. And when I switch over to your site, I noticed you used whom in a sentence. It is so darn confusing.

I think my first sentence nga was mali. I should have said, “to whom I thought…” alin kaya?

Hahaha I am not sure, I can never actually think off the bat which one to use though. But I will use “whom” or “who” when it’s appropriate
