I think this is an old news, but I thought this little kid is just amazing!
Gabi Wilson is a 10 year old girl who is being called one of the most talented kids in America for her abilities to play the piano, bass, drums and guitar and sing.
Q: You’ve been called “Little Alicia Keys.” What do you like about her music particularly?
Gabi Wilson: Well, she plays an instrument and she sings. She’s my idol, I love her music. It’s really funky and my type of music.
Watch.
And guess what, she is a half Filipino-Black American. Her mother Agnes Wilson a native Filipina, her father Kenny Wilson is a member of the Urban Bushmen, a local band that we refer to as “The Soul of Vallejo” here at Listen & Be Heard Poetry Café.
