He should know better because he have the voucher. Assholes are everywhere, may it be customers, sales rep, call center agents, your boss, your friend, they're everywhere. Nagkakatalo lang ay sa rason. If you have valid reason then you are the asshole that kicks the butt of the other assholes hehe. Me, sometimes I like being an asshole especially when I encounter equally footing specie who  transcends his A-holeness in a way you want to rip off your arm and throw it at him.
