The simplest things give me ideas

The time has now come for us to cherish our green inheritance, not to pillage it – for without it, we will surely perish. – The Private Life of Plants

Do you think I am now becoming so environmentalist these days? Why not, huh?

Regardless, being an environmentalist is not more than just having a “Save the Trees” bumper sticker. It involves action, not just financial support and catchy slogans. Think about it. Do you consider yourself one? Lots of people claim they are, but what really allows someone to go by that contrast?

I’m not suggesting that one should organize each weekend for massive demonstrations but if we’re going to say that we want to protect our Earth from harm, we can’t simply recycle and think that we’ve done Mother Nature a favor, can we?

And I thought, wow is this about me going on strictly vegan?

You know when the weather cools, our bodies crave for anything richer, heartier meals than the ones we eat in the heat of the summer. I know most of us would feast on delicious food, comes Christmas.

I can’t even resist to taste that mouth-watering fried chicken, gynormous grilled shrimps and that rib-eye steak from the Outback Bowl on Christmas eve.

It’s Christmas once again! *sigh* nakakataba na naman. ;p
I’m saving on electricity these days, ‘coz I know when I get the Christmas lights up, it’s gonna double or maybe even triple. It’s once a year lang naman kasi… so make the most of it. haha.

Cheh, then this chair is not good for outdoors.

Marni, we can’t say NO to Xmas diba? If no flickering lights, it’s a dull Xmas for sure. I’d stick with the candles, 8 hrs lang.

whoever thought of growing plant this way is ……not sure what to say…hehe.

honestly, were not it for the kids, i don’t mind not celebrating Christmas. Christmas is so commercialized nowadays, we lost the true essence of why we celebrate it.

Belle, I honestly quite like it. If only I have a big backyard like you have in the States, I’d spend my time cultivating crops or any plants, say gardening?

Pero Belle, how exciting to actually witness the snowing during Xmas, lam mo naman I only see them in the movies or photos. But syempre depends to how we want to celebrate it. Basta igwang pancit o spaghetti ayos na.
