Just my usual press release. Nothing exciting happening for the month of October except that I have now officially moved to this new domain. This is by far the most extravagant gift I have ever received - and I’m enjoying it, on a blogger’s-point-of-view, having your own domain is simply great. For those who visits my old blog, kindly update my url to this new domain. I feel like I am a celebrity already.

Madonna, Mariah Carey; both are icons of their own times, so to say, but that won’t blind the masses to the fact that they are both ugly any more. Appearances can only go so far these days. I remember reading an ages-old post in Square-Net (now defunct) on how someone on there commented on Carey looking like grandma and Maddie is heading the same way, only a lot slower. Guess she does bathe in the blood of a thousand virgins (mostly from her fans, no doubt) like the vampiresses of old to keep young.

Maybe Maddie looked old in pictures, I bet in real life she looks amazing, a beautiful Mom. I think ladies who “accesorized” themselves too much is very unsexy. Think Paris Hilton carrying a rat in her (wait a second, is that a dog?) purse, I think that’s irritatingly unsexy.
I’m not looking forward to this week. Halloween at Taiwanese schools is a big affair. At one school, there is a whole morning of activities, including song and dance. I will be performing with the other English teachers in a short play. I’ve been told to dress up as a vampire.
Ah well, you can’t have everything. NaNoWriMo starts this week too and I have to get ready to write 1600 words a day in a novel to reach the 50000 goal by the end of November.

Range sounds like lotsa fun. I never really dress up for halloween, it’s always been a normal day for me. Kids gets the treat tho except for me, I’d better light a candle and spend it quietly - 31st is celebrated as Death Anniversary of my Father.
