No, it doesn’t make them smarter, people have different levels of inteligent, just because we’re ignorant in certain subject doesn’t make us stupid, and the one that we think are stupid might actually be smarter than us in certain area. The choices of books that we read should be based on our interest and enjoyment, not based on what people say or think. I read what hit my fancy, not ashame to admit that I read many blogs. Some would try to show off that they’ve a good list, some just like to share their list, it’s all how you look at it, it varies from day to day, it’s all about your perception in things, in life, how you interprete their intention. I guess for some, if they’re not sure what to read, then the best sellers should be a good guide, but then again some might read the ‘how to book’, others flowers, plants and garden.

I’ve been browsing few good blogs from the Rice Bowl Journal Community and was surprised about people’s choices of books. Why is that when they put a few good ones in the list, does that make a person look smarter?

I honestly think I enjoy reading beautiful pictures of diff Asian houses. I like the Bali houses.

Bugsy, I don’t know why I had two songs played from Corinne Bailey Rae, have not listened to her for ages (I’m stucked with Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse at the mo’). And yes, I can’t find a better translation for “may pag-ibig…” help me there. I laughed at my Death Scene actually. Like, people do like to “Party on Fridays” when I’m dead. Hahaha. Glad it made you laughed a little.

I like Corinne Bailey Rae’s Like A Star and I think there can’t be a better song for “getting back together” but South Border’s May Pagibig Pa Kaya for “Life” and Nina’s Jealous for your “End credits” is hilarious!
