On another event, I spent the late afternoon sweating, walking back and forth at Hollywood Road towards Sheung Wan for an hour trying to find The Press Room - a newly opened Brasserie in Central to meet a friend. I said, “I will probably get lost in Manila but never in this place”. I made it there with a deep sigh by getting a glass of Rolf Binder for HK$66. Heaven.
The place is so cool, bottles of wine are all over the walls, a “high-end” place for ‘people-wearing-suits’ but it has a very relax and friendly atmosphere and you’ll never get the feeling of being ‘out of place’, except that it was ‘colder’ inside than it was outside. I wouldn’t mind going back to try their food. Besides, I like the name, PR.
