One of our Japanese clients in her early 40’s, who speaks really good English a la New Yorker, tanned-skin, wearing a black top-tube dress and looks really nice, came to my desk and asked, “Can you tell?”
I was so clueless to what she meant by that so I asked her the same question back, “I don’t know what you mean by ‘Can you tell’ about what?” So she moved few steps backwards while raising her shoulders wide enough, smiling in vividness and said, “See, now can you tell?”
I, again, then asked, “I’m so sorry but I really can’t see anything. Oh wait, it’s your dress, they look adorably nice, from Japan? It looks beautiful on you”. I swear, I’m really good at praising someone in public like how they carry themselves comfortably even if the dress obviously doesn’t really look nice, I’d admire them. You know why? Because I said so.
At some point, she laughed so hard and seriously, I didn’t know whatelse to say. Although I suspect that she only seemed like joking, she then said, “You know, it was really cheap and safe in New York”. I don’t know why she was still laughing as I really have no tiny clue, whatsoever from what she was trying to tell me. I replied, “So you went to New York? It’s definately a nice place to visit but then again it’s still preferrably nice to shoppe around in HK, don’t you think?”.
I couldn’t believe she continued laughing. So she asked me to get closer to her and she whispered, “I am not talking about my dress, so it’s not obvious, right? Truth is, I had a new pair of silicon implanted on my so-old breast. What do you think?”
“Did you…. WHATTT?” My face turned all red, almost choked in a very tiny gasping voice, I said, “We.. eerrrrr, mmmmmm looks nice. I can’t tell, really. But does it hurt”? She then said, “Nooooo! Not at all, but I’m glad they are not that obvious”.
I felt so embarrassed at myself why I said that. I mean I know it may be a woman’s choice but that thing gotta hurt. Can she do bungee jumping with that? *sign of a cross*

I think I am freaking out a bit. My post on HDR photography got picked up by Reddit.com. I have gotten 25000 visits in the last two hours. Right now, I’m getting 500 hits every minute. It’s insane.
On fake boobs. I don’t like them. Your situation was pretty funny. I’d be embarrassed to say the truth. I don’t mind voluptuousness, I had a girlfriend when I was studying who had natural 36D. They aren’t always pretty.
However, the thing that I look at is the bum. I like the curve of the derrière. That is what I look at first. The breasts, just an afterthought.

Natural 36D, it looks good in a bra. Or lying down, sorry to be so unpolitically correct, but at that size they sag. However, it was still a turn on at the time I remember. I guess I’m just this way because my wife is a 34A, and I’m happy.
That’s a great achievement on hitting a 50K marks. I would not be bothered at all since it’s counting accurately, but do you think this is similar to the stats problem sometime ago?
I think Asian women tend to have a standard size of bra (I will ask Ms Duke about this) - well they always look proportioned when it comes to sizes but nowadays there are women who find big boobs a bit “too much”. Slim ones are almost heavenly looking (although small one has some disadvantage in some activities) and I believe in saying that small is cute. I think I like having melons now for fresheners.
I still have a problem with the stats on my stats page.
However, since the post is on multiple memediggers right now, I think its possibly legit. I’ll check back later on. It’s strange to go from a few hundred a day to 35000 in an hour, but I’ll adjust.
I’m checking it everynow and then Range, don’t worry no one will ever prosecute us by getting these weird stats. I would be much happier if that’s even accurate but honestly, I do not count stats as a blessings - I’m mostly counting on people who read and leave comments because that’s more important. Yes she asked me that and seriously I couldn’t really tell at all but I got curious hahahaha. I think she only wanted to look more younger and exotic, I guess it boost her more confidence. If she comes over and give me a hug then I’ll tell you.
@K, it’s still rising. 74207. I am happy if these are true. If they aren’t, well I don’t mind. I find comments are a really important part of blogging. Creates conversations and relationships. However, you have to remember that only a small fraction of visitors leave comments. Most of the time, I comment on the same blogs. I have been making an effort to leave comments on all sites that I visit regularly, from Rocketboom, ZeFrank, to yours and Micks and konela’s.
Check this article out, it explains the digg mentality. Although my url is banished from digg (I don’t know why, I haven’t posted anything in two months), it shows that digg is no longer supreme in the memedigger forum.

I just realized I was so mean asking her if the surgery was painful. Maybe the woman was only curious to ask a guy about how her augmentend boobsie looks likes. I think plastic surgery is the worst, especially for women who are constantly bombarded by it through the media, the magazines, tv & hollywood.
There are women who likes flashing their big boobs (fake or not) believe or not. It sounds like most probably she was just compensating by showing her boobs for lacking a brain.

well, asians tend to have smaller boobies but you can still find exceptions!
on bra sizes : its universal for all women. the smallest ( i think?!) is at 32A. biger ones go from 36B and above ( C,D,E).
ps.. the letters are the cup sizes

Arrghh Duke, what’s all with these bra sizes? LMAO. But as far as the size are concern, her breasts actually don’t jut out that much as I didn’t really see her boobs before the surgery though they’re still look smaller. I’m practically certain that she want’s them both flaunting for people to see without even thinking it was silicons. The question now would be, does silicon needs to be “replaced” like after a few years later? However, I think getting a silicon implants in the US is even more difficult since she needs to look for the same surgeon to have a new replacement.
Well if they actually look, move, and feel better than naturals after surgery, then it should be considered a miracle and my stance on this would depend on my own personal hands-on test!

Let them be Jane. Well if you ask Kris Aquino about the same thing, she’ll probably say “totoo yan”! I’ve been watching her on the show GKNB and her breast are getting bigger & looking better. I wonder if her buttocks are also fake?
Goodness, as if all of us fellas go around staring at women’s chests. Sorry, ladies, we don’t, not even us straight guys. Yes, if asked, we’ll notice. And we’ll notice a curvaceous bod if she’s clad in such a way as to draw attention to décolletage, cleavage or even nipples. But in an office or professional environment, we don’t.
Last year, I interviewed Nicky Watson, a New Zealand celebrity known for her figure. Comments about her breasts were made at the office. I had to say, ‘I never noticed,’ because, if interviewing someone, it’s just not done avoiding eye contact, staring at someone’s boobs.
At the end of the day, I am not a fan of larger breasts. Men aren’t all wired the same way, and the preference for big boobs are really a product of socialization and marketing. Give it a few more years as Pamela Anderson’s enhanced breasts begin to look exceedingly out of place with the rest of her, or Anna Nicole Smith, for that matter, and watch the trend change.

Of course, if the person is a woman and she is attractive, some part of your mind realizes that. But during the stress of the interview, you are occupied. And it looks bad if you start checking a woman out during the interview process.
As an interviewer, you try to glean more info out of your subject by observing them and maybe seeing some micro-expressions.

K, I know I have been checked out bulge-wise, so yes, women do this! It is only normal: we are all oglers, but we are able to refrain when we need to, male or female.

i’m not sure if there’s a lifetime warranty for silicones. I think the only time you need to replace them is when they leak. I don’t want to go into details ( TMI- too much info!).I’ve been watching too many Nip/Tuck episodes!
My husband and I discuss celebrity boobies and guess which ones are fake and real. The fake ones tend to be really round as in perfectly round. The real ones are not. On real women, one breast tends to be larger than the other.

Well we really can’t judge everyone who have implants, anyways, if it looks perfect then that’s fine. Silicons just offers another option. The whole issue is to give women a choice, like the rest of the world has a choice.

Poise is important, especially on TV: I tended to lounge till I saw myself on tape! Letterman is a good host because he catches himself having the odd perve, but he actually comes out and admits it, saying, ‘My gosh, you look beautiful tonight.’ He is a gentleman disguised as a comic.
I certainly don’t begrudge women who want to get implants, and there are certain advantages (they don’t droop, for starters). But for me, I just don’t believe big is the answer, and there are many turn-offs about fake boobs for us men.
I think he’s the opposite of Oprah Winfrey and he’s mean all the time. But I just don’t like the “SINK OR FLOAT” jokes tho’.
