I tell you what would be a big incentive - when you cut out the cigarettes then you'll be able to smell and taste the coffee so much better. Definitely don't give that up just at the moment - baby steps are the way forward! I just thought if I want to be a horsefly, I’m in capable of flying a long distance to be in an inactive state of period and spend the already sunny summer while I’m already starting to quit on my smoking.
