Presto! My Thai Prawn Curry Recipe for a Happy Life. This is my kind of food, all served in curry, spicy & Thai-ish taste even if it didn’t mean to make me cry. Now take that photo away from me before I lick on the monitor.

A little bit of Asha would make it taste even better
That sure looks yummy man.
Hahaha Asha, I know you can add a little LOVE there to taste it more like it. I crave fot this food all the time. I even bought the one at 7-11 after I wrote this but it wasn’t as good as yours I think.
omigawd! i would die for some good prawn curry…the really spicy one that makes you all sweaty and want to slurp/lick down every last drop of the soup!

yeah…I worship good food! hehe
Funny, I was on your blog posting my comment and now you’re here.
Hail to the Queen of Kitchen, Ms C. Can you please cook these for me?
ahhh you are a recipe zaar user din! ako din.. it’s my instant recipe finder
Not really cuz you know I don’t and can’t cook like that myself. I’m a noodle person and because I was craving for this food, I ended up having the beef brisket curry from the 7-11 store down the road. Yes, the site is quite interesting.
that’s my favourite local dish!
Yes it is, ‘kitty’ side by side with tom yum soup. Thanks for sharing the appetite.
what i truly miss and would long to have again is “humba” … pork knuckles cooked adobo way but with a twist of sweetness and aroma of laurel leaves
I couldn’t master that HUMBA recipe. Ginagawa ko lang is mix the toyo, ‘Datu Puti’, bawang, paminta with a sprinkle of sugah until the karne is tender - yummy na rin. Din’t you know “humba” is very popular delicacy in Bicol aside from the “bicol express”? Palutuin mo kaya si hubby mo?
Lika kamayan tayo habang nakataas paa. I usually eat like that pag nasa bikol.
I can eat humba but not cook it
Korek ka jan, I would prefer feeding myself than messing up the taste dahil too much asin, too much mantika or little asukal. Mas OK pa yung magprito na lang ng tinapa, worry-free.
tsssssarap!!!! can imagine our little table full of humba, rice and tinapa! duke you dont have to cook, just bring buko juice
Tita G, I actually like the idea of BUKO Salad na may kaong, na may gatas, na may pinya, na may red beans, na may ice cream, na may.. teka HALO HALO na ata yan.
That’s a sweet post!
Maybe an addition.
…serve with Cheerfulness
…with great friends at the side. =]
Hi Pari, absolutely. Even if we only exchange pleasantries on this little comment box, I can feel that great friends can create a great desserts after a great meal.
Amen!
