This is what happens when I’m working during the early shift. I will spend my day entirely at work side by side with my Boss. Several days of happy life-defining moments are reduced to a few lines in blogging when I’m suppose to be sleeping to get up early for my shift, but here I am, blogging immaculately. Do you really have to hate your life just because you get up early before the alarm clock and go to work?
I’m saying this again and again because whatever I can do, I can. I just really need to find when to begin it. I have not been entirely productive during the weekend. I didn’t deliver my laundry to the valet. I just thought I’d lay back and do nothing. I feel so out of reach. I’m so used to starting my day by reading blogs (yes I do) in my links but of course once you experience a horrible withdrawal syndromes, there are times that you just don’t feel like wanting to touch the keyboard.
Are these the signs that I started to see changes in my life? Do you think I have matured? I think I’m serious all the time and find it easier now to face unpleasantness and frustration, discomfort and defeat, without complaining. I know it’s an art of living in peace with that, which we cannot change. I think that’s normal and that I am already big to even say that “I was wrong”.
I also realized that I have been trying to fix my template. Although I’m sort of happy with the outcome, I think I am not attached to it anymore. I do recall during the time when I still own my domain, I’d normally work the entire day just to prioritize my blog. I was very fond of using those plugins. As I come home, I’d sit in the monitor starting to unzip the files to work for my template. I, then would change them from time to time until I see nice results. I might be a perfectionist but it’s just that I always love the word impossible, it’s like the sunset of quiet evenings after the hot noisy days. But now that I’m using a free account, I feel it’s quite a change from my previous addiction. I find that I’m now actually more relaxed without worrying about the Spams & the Bandwidths attacking this blog.
Heed the Omen: Aren’t this supposedly a spooky day? It’s the 6th day, of the 6th Month, of the Year 2006. The new movie The Omen is released today, June 6, 2006. In the Christian calendar (06/06/06 or 6/6/06), symbolically represents the number 666 as the Number of the Beast.
What’s gonna happen? The end of the World? Are you scared? Do you believe in it? Are we gonna die? When I was younger I thought R.I.P on graves was a persons name, I always wondered why so many RIP’s died. Maybe I just can’t really figured out that dying can be very scary.

I hate it when I woke up early just to go to work. It’s nice to work at your own pace.
Btw, I think the movie “The Omen” is a remake. I find it familiar actually
Yes it is a remake. The old movie is always worth watchable, I guess. I’ve seen it many many years ago but I still have to see this new version and maybe there’s a twist to it.
Well sometimes it is the knowing that something is going to happen that is more frightening than actually seeing it happen.
really? you read blogs everyday? substitute to newspaper reading ba?
hay work. if there’s one thing I DON”T miss about work is the early morning calls of the alarm clock.
RSS feeds is very useful don’t you think? I read blogs at work. I don’t know, I find it more interesting than being at home.
What they say, “if the cat (that is my boss) is away, the mice (which happened to be me) will play”. I’m just being careful around here before somebody finds out a trace I left in the History folder and also delete the cookies several times.
Ok, ok, work + blog = FUN.
ooooo…new template! I likey-likey

work…I enjoy what I do but after having long weekend breaks every now and then…it’s really hard to get up early Monday morning for work…plus I dread Mondays!
The Omen…the trailer looks interesting and wonder how much it will be the same as the original or better? Hope to watch it this coming weekend. take care K!
I’m not an office person Consuela but I truly feel that I’m in the same boat - “MONDAY SUX”, like ‘normal’ people usually say. I think Mondays are so attached with the weekend that we sometimes hate we have to start working again.
Movies like that can me give goose bumps, it’s scary-fun I think. I’m going to watch.
cool template
Thanks jr.. ehem, you sounded as if you’re a spam.
my grandfather passed away at the age of 88
good number. I’m soooo tired now. Anyway you mentioned about the “recent” posts on my blog. Well I don’t write it as “recent posts”. I use time like in google news. E.G posted 1 hour ago or yesterday or today etc… so basically if there’s a new post..it’ll say today… after passing the second day, it will be yesterday. Third day - 3 days ago, 4 days ago, 5 days ago. if there’s no time reference..then the post is older then 5 days.
I hope everything’s fine with you EAR. I read this somewhere,
I kinda get used to the posting you have now in your new template, like you, I try to change themes every once and a while. It’s always liberating to enjoy blogging like this. When I’m bored and nothing much going on in my head, I do play with this. Take it easy and have a rest.
lol at RIP… hahaha, better header, still love yah k hahahahaha (iwas sa bato ng black board, sa chalk, sa sipa at kung ano ano pa na ihahagis ni k)
I’m a fickle minded person really. Today I like it, tomorrow I’ll change it - nothing permanent for as long as it makes me happy.

Next time, yung Prof na ang ibabato ko sayo.
Do you really have to hate your life just because you get up early before the alarm clock and go to work? - bleargh! You heard me, I hate it soooo blooody much! Sigh.
I don’t believe in the bad omen, bad luck, bad numbers etc… but thought of watching that movie.. hehe.
I hate it when I have to do the morning routines, taking a shower, brush my teeth, put my underwear on, grab the jeans, fit on the shoes, look for the keys (1st priority), make sure mobile phone is re-charged and an iPod.
How boring is that? I do believe when you hate something, the decisions you make to do these will probably take me down many paths. That’s life, afterall.
hahahaha *FORCE FIELD*
Dying is not scary. Leaving behind loved ones is. As to 6/6/06, I thought first that it was the anniversary of D-Day. (My thoughts on the topic are here.)
Nothing happened to me on 6/6/06. I guess they are just numbers for Catholics to hate. AntiChrist?
This is what it tells me: “Well the possible symbolic meaning of the Antichrist is explained as anyone who denies The Father, The Son, The Holy Ghost. Thus all humans whom deny this trinity are defined as forms of the AntiChrist themselves”.
I think the definition may be too broad and I see the anti-Christ as someone who is a direct opposite to Jesus Christ. I guess I love my enemies, which is what Christ teaches and is our nature at birth (sadly, not all religions teach this), so I could not believe someone was the (or an) anti-Christ if they did not believe they could be saved by Christ Jesus.
Looking back to the number 666, I think its cool because it has many interesting properties, mathematically. This stuff on 666 sounds very important for those who do not accept Jesus’ message of truth.
I browse away at yahoo when I stumbled at Why is the number 666 associated with the devil?
And people continue to debate about the meaning of that number. And I didn’t know that June 6 is associated to the 62nd Anniversary of D-Day. And there’s more at There are 6 Things You Must Know.
That was interesting.
I accept Christ as my Saviour. But it’s very easy to find patterns in dates, just as it was easy to find patterns of words using the Bible Code, even in non-holy books. Remember that some believe the number of the Beast was 616, and 666 was a transcription error (though I understand that that theory has been debunked by some more authoritative theologists). If we use 616 as a pattern, we can probably find terrorism-related events, too. (For instance, 616 days after 9-11, the Bethlehem church stand-off finished and over a hundred Palestinian terrorists walked free, including terrorist chiefs who have gone on to plot against freedom-loving people.)
The 911 theory is a bit naff, since this number has been concocted purely by terrorists trying to create patterns which would otherwise not exist, and has little bearing on the 666 patterns that the article above cites.
“If we use 616 as a pattern, we can probably find terrorism-related events, too.”
Somehow there’s seems to be some confusion whether I believe that Saddam is the Anti-Christ of the book Revelation or whether he is simply just one of the many - and as such, he’s merely just a shadow of the Antichrist, maybe. It must be very ridiculous to say tho’ that he is.
I don’t think Saddam Hussein is the anti-Christ in Revelation, for there were dictators crueller and responsible for more deaths than he was: Pol Pot, Hitler and Mao have a lot of blood on their hands.
Thanks for sharing this up, Jack. I’m upset I didn’t even know what’s behind 666. It’s truly one of the fears many of us have for so long.
Will the world end? Will someone give birth to the antichrist? Will Satan reclaim control? Nevertheless the internet rumour exaggerates the speculation and warnings of bad things expected to happen, from meteors smashing into earth to babies being born with the mark of the devil.
I think it was for the hype of the remake of the horror movie, The Omen.
It was a mention in the Book of Revelation, and from that point, people feared the number. I don’t believe St John would have been given a literal message, given how the visions came to him—plus the dreams of enlightened people are more cryptic than we can imagine. The anti-Christ, I believe, is more conceptual than a human being: we become the anti-Christ ourselves if we shy away from living our potential and forgetting Christ’s example.
“The anti-Christ, I believe, is more conceptual than a human being: we become the anti-Christ ourselves if we shy away from living our potential and forgetting Christ’s example.”
So frustrating. Sounds to me like antichrist is already here and it is not just one individual. Finally, we do battle with Antichrist in ourselves. This is really a very serious/interesting issue.
That’s why we should remind people of their potential. If they are not Christians, it’s still valuable to let them know they can be more than they are. Through that, they will discover their truth.
