Goodbye

Leaving
Originally uploaded by: phey

It’s the last day of April, a very looong month, 5 weeks long. But I’m welcoming May with a big old hug.

I need more time for myself, needing to focus on something else. I’m calling home. Dial the numbers on my contact lists, especially those who keeps leaving me text messages. You’re right, Duke, I should eat more healthy food, or try that Corba soup instead of feasting the Cobra. Drink more water - I will Pari, thanks for noting me that, everyday but not saying no to coffee. Wash my underwears with.. sure, not soaking them again with detergent longer than they’re not suppose to. Bills! Bills! Bills! Pay them on time.

I will learn how to cheer up, I know it’s easy to smile, to laugh - it’s free so I hope you are doing it too. Quit smoking, right Trinity? And buy a new wooden cutting board and a kettlejug. They were badly burnt because I was lighting my cig in the oven and forgot to switch it off while while I was busy replying for more Lies. So how would you call that again, Jack? Karmic.

May should be a month to celebrate joy and benefits of the active lifestyle. So if you’re down for breakfast and there’s nobody here, it could be because you forgot to put your clock back.

See you in May. And that’s tomorrow. I hope.

I look forward to reading about your more active lifestyle other than active blogging okie dokie?

PS: Drop the coffee and drink more water. ;P
Brought a 1.5 L bottle to school in order to force myself to drink that much during school hours.

Damn !Now i feel to play.
    It’s your fault.Lmao!
On ps2 i used to play before ,Tekken.Ehehehe!
Tried some others but is not really my thing.
You should get yourself a xbox.

  3. K says:

Consuela, just starting, I’m doing well with the chores so far. So no more soaking underwears, promise. ;)

  4. consuela says:

how’s the new month treating you so far? It’s Lei Day here today :)
    c. trinity> I’ve not played on the XBox ever…but heard from friends it’s a rather cool gadget…they play “Halo” on it. As for me…I’m still into PS2 and play Dynasty/Samurai Warriors or X-men Legends II :)

  5. K says:

Jack & Trinity, I’m doing great! There’s no need to repaint colors of my walls - they talk to me sometimes but that’s it. I’m just being myself sometimes. I do enjoy being alone, lonely if you may call it. Time just changed when you’re dealing with things ahead. I’d go back to being childish but it ends in seconds or two. Other than that, I’m a lively person and I would just keep my “other personal” to my personal box. If this blog is unknown without my picture nested up there, I would just write stuff about being personal - but I’m so variety, I do love everything differently, from music, photos & most of the time, complaining of myself. I just thought, this is what my blog all about, I speak what I know about. ;)

  6. c.trinity says:

    True.
I wanted to ask him but i guess is none of my business.
And yes Jack,i have heard about Pandora and have been there.
Is even listed on my blog in the freeware section..
You might want to check out audiri.com also.

  7. Jack Yan says:

Well, C., I use 100 per cent of my 8 per cent then! :) I agree with you—I say just push away negative thoughts and just be in a state of bliss. Go after happiness before you go after anything else.
I have never asked K about his romantic life. I guess he’ll share if he wants to.
Speaking of music, have you guys come across Pandora? Very impressed by it.

  8. K says:

Sachi, come back every once a week and I’ll keep you updated. Any music you like, let me know.

  9. sachiko says:

geez..im gone for a while and lotsa backreading to do here! sipag mo!

im glad you’re using the “will expire in 7 days” thingy, haha! i downloaded some of the songs and will try those pinoy songs too right after this.

    hey,go easy on coke.

  10. c.trinity says:

Jack, you know we only use 8% of our brain…Lmao!
On 100 % you’re the genious in here.
    Just kidding with this.

K,start changing the way your living room looks, paint it colors that makes you feel active.Need inspiration for that?I give you a link and ideas.
Start doing things you’ve never done before.
Count your “things” and see what’s missing…i mean in your life.
Duke is right.Get yourself if not a partner than a flirt.A real one.

You know, things are simple but we choose to complicate them and some of this things are right under our noses.

  11. K says:

Duke, ssshh I was broken hearted and wanted to be single for a while. Besides, I still help my family - can’t get easily unattached with them for now.

  12. duke says:

hahahahha! Until now I still laught at that word play between corba and cobra!
Heads up dear. nine more months in 2006 to be better.
Maybe you need a partner other than your cat.?!

  13. K says:

J, May will surely bring good cheers. I hope it doesn’t mimic the past months.

  14. j says:

buh bye April showers, hello May flowers!

  15. Jack Yan says:

Just do something for yourself: good idea. Whenever you have a negative thought, just think, ‘Next!’ and move on. If you have a longer-term plan (like getting involved in advocacy groups), then those down times might be good ones to move forward on them.
I don’t get down emotionally but I get tired big time. That is when I blog because I like to think I am doing something productive when my brain is not functioning at 100 per cent. (This is also why I blog at weekends.)

  16. c.trinity says:

“I felt homesick and just want to kill my cat”"”
    Lmao!

  17. c.trinity says:

    Conclusion:You are very bored.
When things aren’t going as you wish ,then you must make some changes.

  18. K says:

True. It’s the middle-life crisis symptoms. I’ve become easily irritable but in a way, I do balance things by putting the negative to the positive. Oftentimes, I don’t really listen to my own advices. Sleep may be another factor. I do tend to sleep the normal hours but then again, there are things that I just can’t control. Like, cutting down the hours of doing nothing and rather spend time with my family or friends. Maybe I’m just a lazy ass who spends nightly in the flat reading blogs and download mp3’s.

Everytime I’d go back thinking about that HOLIDAY, I felt I’ve wasted a good opportunity of enjoying the time with the family. I felt homesick and just want to kill my cat! HAHAHA.

  19. c.trinity says:

K,are you a neutral person when it comes about giving advice to family?

  20. c.trinity says:

Are you serious with the midlife crisis? You’re nuts.
    Who else joined the squad?
Tell me so i can greet that person.

  21. K says:

Thanks Asha, that’s what I’ve been doing in the last 2 days. I think because I was bored at home, the holiday was sorta slow (at times fast if i’m blogging) when you’re busy doing NOTHING.

I WORRY a lot. About things. How would I pay my rent if I stopped working? Who’s gonna help me when I’m getting sick? You know those things. Middle-life crisis can be very serious. Depression kicks in, low moods, feeling of sadness. I thought they are just genuine condition that affects everyone else when you reach a certain age. So I’m treating myself at least, trying to see the positive this coming months. Do more extra lifestyles such as seriously exercising. Ugh, now that I said it - I’m worrying again. ;)

  22. Asha says:

K, quitting smoking is fine. It’s good for your own health… but then again, do it slow. Don’t push yourself too hard.

Start off with 2 sticks per day and then, gradually decline… don’t just stop it in a snap, it might cause you mental stress… pardon me if I’m wrong.

Anyways, all the best in whatever you do.

May… it’s gonna be one helluva month. ;)

  23. K says:

Yuri, just some pointers to what I should be doing for the month of May. My planning is always at the bad side of the coin. And because of what had happened with my recent holiday plans, I understand now that we should plan things perfectly and smoothly then at the end, you’ll get success!

Cge join ka sa QUIT SMOKING SQUAD. Just go to either c. trinity or Jack’s blog and leave a message there that you will be on a quest too. Just leave your opinions and wish me luck.

  24. Yuri says:

wow mid yr resolutions? let’s quit smoking k. one day at a time.
but why the sad tone? may is the month of fiestas etc. etc. cheer up k. hlala, i didn’t think that melancholia is contagious. stay away from me muna k. love u k! *gives one BIGGGGG hug*

  25. K says:

Thanks C. My tomorrow is like 3 hours later. You see, I normally post really late, like 12 midnight my time. That’s when I’m basically “awake” till 3 in the morning. If I can’t do it, I do read blogs at work for half an hour or so but just want to read comments. While I’m already attached with coComments, I would reply to them at home. And it really makes me smile. I’m glad there are people like you who could make someone laugh.

  26. c.trinity says:

Hey,for a moment there i thought you got all depressed and stuff.
Just in case questions are running through your head, just think that you’ve been blessed with some stranger friends who’ll cheer you up anytime.
    Hear you tomorrow.
