Couch-potato-itis

There are days when I just simply want to be a couch potato.
Comfy couch + giant screen TV + remote control + big bag of munchies = your idea of HEAVEN. You’ve likely got a nice, worn-in spot on your sofa and your favorite set of slobby clothes you throw on to settle down for evenings of boob-tube indulgence. And once you’ve parked yourself down for the night, there isn’t much that can drag you away from the allure of the lovely images that flicker across the screen.
If this is the way you really enjoy spending your time, there may be no harm in it. Consider, however, how much REAL LIFE is going on outside of your living room, and everything you’re missing out on because of your habits. Do you really think, ten years from now, you’ll regret missing the season finale of Hollywood Squares? - The Couch Potato Test.
I wish I didn’t have to work tomorrow so I could just sit on a BIG one couch and watch a funny movie or something with someone just like that!

and a whole lot of CSI dvd’s. ahhh. that’s life.
.. and ER’s.. and music concerts… and cartoons.. Chicken Little?… and sex videos. hahaha.
ummm i’ll just stick to dead bodies and DNA… hahaha.
I just wish I have the Star cable TV. I’m stucked with fake DVD’s all the time & some of it are just waste of money - DVD players hate ‘em.
Now comes Friday… I’ll go anti-social.
Comfy couch, tv, chocolates, coffee, ice cream… that’s my idea of Heaven… ahh…
Okay, so now you know I’ve got sweet tooth
or with some books, a dozen of pillows… or a sing-a-long. In reality a couch is like sharing with people, allowing friends to talk about their life, confusions and troubles. It has become of a homey feel if you have a big couch.
I wish I am a hard-core movie watcher.
Just came back from a friend’s place. 2 comfy sofas, 3 gal pals with lots of stories to tell and japanese peach wine. Didn’t watch any telly but still enjoyable!
Pari, isn’t it one of the best part of your living room? Unless otherwise, you’re sharing it with your furry cat, and no amount of masking tape can ever totally remove his fur from your couch.

.. and before you know it, you’re already asleep over a large quilt while your TV is on. I used to do that but since I don’t have one anymore, I lay down on the floor.
