HK was celebratring and were disappointed it didn't snatched the Best Picture. Two ladies were arguing at the Starbucks near the IFC mall in Central whether it was the "best film" or "best movie", so clueless that I'd butt-in telling them "BEST PICTURE and didn't win". ;) Congrats to the first Asian to win the Best Directorial at the Academy. For some reason it didn't show up in the tv schedule. Oh well. Not really excited about this year's Oscars. Last year...that was the best.
