You gotta be kiddin’

Feel The Refreshment

So I’ve decided signing up at USANA to begin my new business with a value pack of purchased of some products. My sponsor picked on some vitamins to get better points and I instantly earned at least a 150. So I end up getting at least 6 bottles of optimizers and other supplements to take at least 2 tablets each day. Plus, a bunch of skin care products which pretty much gave me no choice but to say goodbye with my Men’s Clinique that I’ve been using for years. Yes my dear friends, I maintain my personal grooming by using toner & a moisturizer.

And for that, I am now obliged to be quitting my cigs for life & stick to eating properly, drink water, take the vitamins & do the ‘nice’ routines, such as waking up on time for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Does it allow me to kick out my weekend habits? Sure it does. How ironic? Not that I’ve already decided in quitting but this might take me to achieve another goal, take these vitamins, enjoy the business and live a happy life. So to speak.

As Isay would put it:

I joined them last year as I wanted to get discounts from the products. I think this is the 9th MLM I joined - the rest I was asked by friends to sign up and ended up with nothing; meaning I didn’t even get to sign up 1 as I would hate to bug friends about it; as I don’t like being harassed with so much talk about “financial freedom? and stuff.

This one I was asked again by an acquaintance, and as I wanted to try the products and get a good discount I joined. After they sign you up, it’s up to you to work it out how to “grow the business? as they say. So far I haven’t heard from my upline.

Although I must say that there are a lot of successful people out there doing this MLM/networking. I just don’t like the way they approach others whenever they talk of people with jobs and how they hard-sell the idea that having a job won’t give you that financial freedom. There are other ways of building a passive income and not just through MLM.

That’s the hard part. How to approach your prospects. So I sat there in a room with my Sponsor, few other Executives one of whom is a Physician, for two hours, listening, asking questions as part of my training lesson. Over the next two weeks, I’ll literally be taking notes in my diary to attend trainings. I’m aiming for between 5-10 hours each week, which includes meetings, trainings and presentations. I dramatically assessed myself that this is going to make me extra busy by studying the factors and some important points on how to do the business. Added to that, I will be working on my memory jogger contact list, to help me brainstorm and create my list of hundred of people’s names in increasing my prospects. Sound’s like hell, isn’t it? So where and how can I fookingly find hundreds of names?

Well, I’m gonna be having fun listing out names. Do you want me to include you? Putting these in mind makes me want to feeling really really sick already. This is quite a challenge. Are these the reason why I can’t sleep? Now give me a break.

Goodbye February.
